Curbside pickup from $99
For qualifying small pickups of items already outside.
Full service from $149
For qualifying small pickups where the crew carries approved items out. Leave the items in place and describe any stairs, tight access or unusually heavy pieces.
What to send
- Your address and preferred date.
- Each appliance that goes, and how many.
- Whether each one is disconnected.
- Whether they’re inside or already outside, with any stairs, narrow turns or gates.
- Photos of any fridge or other refrigerant unit.
Before we load
You approve the final price before we load. Added items need your approval first.
The quote depends on the amount, weight and types of material, inside carry-out or outside pickup, stairs, distance to the truck and labor, and any special handling and disposal.
Appliance removal questions
Do you disconnect appliances?
No. Utility disconnection isn’t included, so say whether each appliance is disconnected when you request the pickup.
Do you take refrigerators?
Fridges and other refrigerant units need a photo review first. Send photos, dimensions and access details; we confirm acceptance, handling and pricing before your pickup.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Only for curbside pickup. Choose full service if the crew needs to carry items out. Leave those items in place and describe any stairs, tight access or unusually heavy pieces.
Can you come by my deadline?
Tell us your preferred date or deadline. We’ll review availability and confirm the appointment; requesting a time does not reserve it.
Not included: cleaning, repairs, demolition, landscaping and utility disconnection. Hazardous materials and biohazard aren’t accepted. See What We Take
