Decide whether city brush and bulk fits
Scottsdale provides scheduled brush and bulk collection for eligible residents, with preparation and set-out rules. Check the city's current brush and bulk guidance and the address-based collection lookup if that option fits your items and timing.
PVJR is a separate private removal service. A private pickup may be useful when you need approved items carried out or a specific property scope coordinated. We do not use the city's schedule as our appointment calendar or promise that everything outside the city's rules is acceptable to us.
Keep outdoor material separate in your request
Branches and bagged yard debris are different from soil, rock, concrete and wet or dense material. If you have both, describe each pile separately before a quote. Yard-debris removal does not include landscaping, cutting down structures or teardown.
Inside the property, we review furniture, mattresses, approved appliances and cleanout contents. Identify what stays. For managed-property work, tell us who may authorize removal and provide access. Ordinary removal does not include cleaning, repairs or a rent-ready finish.
Describe the loading route not just the items
Include stairs, gates, elevator reservations, carry distance and permitted parking. Tell us whether an appliance is still connected or a piece needs unusual handling. Photos can help us review both the items and the route out; they are not required to begin an online inquiry.
We confirm each address and date individually. Do not infer service eligibility from a Scottsdale mailing address alone, and do not stage items where parking, access or property rules prohibit it.

Can I put the items out on my city's brush and bulk day for you?
Only after we agree on your private pickup and staging location. The city's rules and date apply to its collection, not a PVJR reservation.
Can you remove brush and heavy debris in one quoted pile?
List the materials separately. Dense debris requires weight, disposal and handling review; a furniture or yard-junk description is not automatic acceptance. Check special items before requesting unusual material.
Is an on-site estimate visit required?
No estimate-only appointment is booked. We begin with your description and request photos or clarification when needed, then agree on the work and price before loading.
What if my building has a restricted loading window?
Include that window when you inquire. We must confirm that route, access and staffing fit it before accepting the appointment.
