City bulk collection or a private pickup
Phoenix uses appointments for its residential bulk-trash collection. If you qualify, can follow the preparation rules and can use an available city date, check Phoenix's current bulk-trash options before paying for removal.
PVJR is a separate private service. Ask us about items still inside, an individually scoped cleanout or a pickup that needs to be coordinated around a property handoff. We do not promise an earlier date than the city; we check our actual availability. Do not leave a pile outside just because you sent us a request.
Show us the whole job
We review furniture, mattresses, approved appliances, room and garage contents, storage-unit cleanouts and approved outdoor junk. For an estate or move-out, separate the belongings to keep from the items authorized for removal. For a rental or business, identify the approval contact and the exact spaces to clear.
Describe the contents or send current photos if useful. You do not need to measure a trailer. Include the loading path, stairs, gates and where our truck and trailer can safely park. A Phoenix city name or ZIP alone does not establish a workable route or access.
Choose curbside for an approved outside scope with easy access; choose full service when items need carrying out. Connected appliances, dense debris and unusually heavy items need review. Utility disconnection, demolition, repairs and property cleaning are not included in ordinary removal. Hazardous and biohazardous materials are not accepted.

Does Phoenix's city appointment reserve a PVJR pickup too?
No. City collection and PVJR are separate. Submit a PVJR inquiry only if you want us to review a private removal job; we confirm our own scope, price and appointment.
Do you cover every part of Phoenix automatically?
No. Send the actual address and preferred date. We check the job, drive, loading access and route; no citywide same-day availability is promised. A neighborhood name is not a separate service guarantee.
Can you pick up items from an alley?
Describe the approach, width and parking restrictions first. A municipal collection vehicle's route is not proof that our truck and trailer can use it. We will agree on a safe loading location.
Will you come out just to estimate?
We start with remote review of your description and any needed photos. We do not book estimate-only visits. You approve the removal scope and price before loading; added work needs approval.
