PRICING BY HOW MUCH SPACE YOU USE

You don’t need to work out a trailer fraction. Send photos and we’ll tell you which tier fits.

Curbside minimum
One item or a very small amount, set out at the curb, driveway, or garage entrance.
$99
Full-service minimum
One ordinary item, carried out from anywhere on the property.
$149
¼ trailer load
About 3.6 cubic yards · 6 washing-machine-sized spaces · 2 pickup-bed loads
Several furniture pieces, a small room, or a modest junk pile.
$299
½ trailer load
About 7.25 cubic yards · 12 washing-machine-sized spaces · 4 pickup-bed loads
A one-room cleanout, moderate garage, or storage area.
$449
¾ trailer load
About 10.9 cubic yards · 18 washing-machine-sized spaces · 6 pickup-bed loads
A large garage, storage unit, rental turnover, or multi-area cleanout.
$579
Full trailer load
About 14.5 cubic yards · 24 washing-machine-sized spaces · 8 pickup-bed loads
A substantial garage or multi-room cleanout. One trailer load, not an unlimited property cleanout.
$699

Starting prices apply to accepted ordinary household junk under standard access and loading conditions, and include loading, hauling, transportation, and standard disposal. Final pricing depends on actual volume, weight, access, labor time, and disposal requirements, and is confirmed before loading begins. Dense materials, unusually heavy items, stairs, long carries, sorting, bagging, disassembly, special disposal fees, additional labor, and additional loads are priced separately. Size comparisons illustrate volume only and assume reasonably efficient loading. The trailer may reach its legal weight limit before its full volume.

QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT

Is the photo estimate my final price?

It’s provisional. Photographs don’t always show every item, access issue, or weight concern, so we confirm the scope and price with you before loading begins.

Do I need to move everything outside?

No. We take approved items from inside or outside under standard access conditions. The $149 curbside price is the exception — it requires the items to be grouped somewhere we can reach immediately.

What if my cleanout needs more than one load?

We estimate how many loads it will take and price each one separately.

Can you come out same day?

Openings come up, but same-day service isn’t guaranteed.

Do you donate or recycle what you take?

When it’s practical and the item is accepted, we route eligible things to donation or recycling. We can’t guarantee where any particular item ends up.
