Junk removal requests in San Tan Valley

Pickup availability in San Tan Valley needs confirmation. Send your exact address, the items to remove and whether they are outside or need carrying out. We’ll review the location, access and route before arranging a pickup. The local collection guidance below can help you compare your options.

Planning a furniture pickup or cleanout

Tell us about furniture, mattresses, household appliances, garage contents, storage or move-out cleanouts. For rental or business contents, identify the spaces to clear and the person authorized to approve removal.

Already outside? Curbside pickup

Group the agreed items outside at a safe loading point with suitable truck access. Describe any gates, long carrying distance or heavy items.

Still inside? Full service

Leave items in place for carry-out, loading and hauling. Show us the removal path, including stairs, elevators and narrow turns.

Which removal option fits?

Your city or trash provider may fit when your account and items qualify, you can prepare the required setout, and its collection schedule works for you.

Ask PVJR about private removal for items still inside, a mixed cleanout or a property handoff that needs coordination. Share your deadline so we can check availability.

City and provider rules apply to their programs. PVJR’s material and access requirements are separate: an item excluded by the city is not automatically accepted by PVJR.

Start with the provider on your current bill

San Tan Valley is an incorporated Town, but the name on a mailing address does not establish a particular bulk-pickup benefit. Start with the provider and service address on your current trash bill.

If WM is your provider, enter that address in its bulk-request tool to see eligible service and submission options. WM lists furniture, mattresses and cabinets as common examples, with acceptance determined locally. After booking, My WM’s Orders/Requests area shows the scheduled service. An HOA or association agreement can have different terms.[1][2]

Confirm the load and setout before moving it outside

If Waste Connections serves your address, use its Arizona bulk tool and wait for confirmation. Acceptance varies by location; paint and construction debris are excluded.

For a PVJR request, photograph the full load and separate household contents, yard cuttings, appliances and project debris. Identify gates, stairs, the distance to a loading spot and any HOA restrictions. Ask for address and item approval before planning the pickup.[3]

Keep paint out of an ordinary bulk load

Pinal County identifies Arcwood Environmental at 284 E. Storey Road in Coolidge as a household hazardous-waste receiving option. Call 520-723-4167, extension 0, with the paint type, container sizes and quantity to confirm acceptance, receiving time and charges before loading.

Keep liquids identified and separate from the ordinary junk list; do not treat a Queen Creek mailing address or water account as a Queen Creek hazardous-waste voucher. PVJR must review any paint-related request separately; this receiving option does not establish our acceptance or transport service.[4][5]

What to include in your request

  • The complete address and item list, with belongings to keep clearly identified.
  • Where the items are and the route to the loading point.
  • Any access window, property deadline and authorized contact.

Photos are optional to start. We may ask for them or more detail to assess the job.

Items that need separate review

Connected appliances, heavy materials and unusual items need individual review. Removal does not include utility disconnection, demolition, repairs or property cleaning. Hazardous and biohazardous materials are not accepted.
