Junk removal requests in Queen Creek
Pickup availability in Queen Creek needs confirmation. Send your exact address, the items to remove and whether they are outside or need carrying out. We’ll review the location, access and route before arranging a pickup. The local collection guidance below can help you compare your options.

Planning a furniture pickup or cleanout
Tell us about furniture, mattresses, household appliances, garage contents, storage or move-out cleanouts. For rental or business contents, identify the spaces to clear and the person authorized to approve removal.
Which removal option fits?
Your city or trash provider may fit when your account and items qualify, you can prepare the required setout, and its collection schedule works for you.
Ask PVJR about private removal for items still inside, a mixed cleanout or a property handoff that needs coordination. Share your deadline so we can check availability.
City and provider rules apply to their programs. PVJR’s material and access requirements are separate: an item excluded by the city is not automatically accepted by PVJR.
Use the active Town trash account to request bulk
Queen Creek bulk service requires an active Town trash-and-recycling account. Enter the service address in the Town’s bulk request tool, schedule by noon on the preceding business day and retain the confirmation email. For help with the address or request, call 480-358-3450.
Furniture, mattresses, washers, dryers, microwaves and prepared yard material are examples of eligible items. Refrigerators, freezers, carpet, paint, tires and construction materials such as concrete, dirt and drywall are excluded.[1]
Match the account and prepare only the items to be collected
Town trash charges appear as “Trash/Recycling” on the utility bill; the collection zone is determined by the service address. Use that account and address rather than assuming the mailing-city name establishes program eligibility.
Bag or box small yard debris, tie branches and palm fronds securely, and box cactus pieces. Branches must be no longer than four feet and no more than one foot across. Keep all belongings you want to retain away from the curbside pile: the Town warns that items left there may be collected.[2][3][1]
Separate latex paint from the hazardous-waste voucher route
Active Queen Creek trash customers must request a Town voucher before taking household hazardous waste to Gilbert’s facility at 2224 E. Queen Creek Road. Bring the issued voucher and photo ID. This route accepts non-latex paint, spray paint, stains and thinners; latex paint and commercial waste are excluded. Queen Creek directs latex paint to its separate QC Recycles drop-off events.
Keep products unmixed in original labeled containers, tightly sealed and boxed in the trunk or truck bed. Do not use trash bags. A voucher must be issued before the trip; applying is not permission to arrive. This resident arrangement does not establish PVJR paint acceptance.[4]
What to include in your request
- The complete address and item list, with belongings to keep clearly identified.
- Where the items are and the route to the loading point.
- Any access window, property deadline and authorized contact.
Photos are optional to start. We may ask for them or more detail to assess the job.
Items that need separate review
Connected appliances, heavy materials and unusual items need individual review. Removal does not include utility disconnection, demolition, repairs or property cleaning. Hazardous and biohazardous materials are not accepted.
