Junk removal requests in Guadalupe

Pickup availability in Guadalupe needs confirmation. Send your exact address, the items to remove and whether they are outside or need carrying out. We’ll review the location, access and route before arranging a pickup. The local collection guidance below can help you compare your options.

Planning a furniture pickup or cleanout

Tell us about furniture, mattresses, household appliances, garage contents, storage or move-out cleanouts. For rental or business contents, identify the spaces to clear and the person authorized to approve removal.

Already outside? Curbside pickup

Group the agreed items outside at a safe loading point with suitable truck access. Describe any gates, long carrying distance or heavy items.

Still inside? Full service

Leave items in place for carry-out, loading and hauling. Show us the removal path, including stairs, elevators and narrow turns.

Which removal option fits?

Your city or trash provider may fit when your account and items qualify, you can prepare the required setout, and its collection schedule works for you.

Ask PVJR about private removal for items still inside, a mixed cleanout or a property handoff that needs coordination. Share your deadline so we can check availability.

City and provider rules apply to their programs. PVJR’s material and access requirements are separate: an item excluded by the city is not automatically accepted by PVJR.

Keep bulky items out of the regular trash cart

Guadalupe identifies bulky objects, overweight or overfilled carts, and parked vehicles blocking access as reasons regular trash can be missed. Do not force furniture into the cart or leave the collection point blocked.

The Town’s maintenance yard at 9040 S. Calle Maravilla is a resident-only disposal resource. Call the Town at 480-730-3080 with your address and exact item list before loading a vehicle; ask which materials the yard will accept and when you can bring them. Resident eligibility alone does not establish acceptance of every item.[1]

Ask about a trash trailer before staging a cleanout

Guadalupe offers a Trash Trailer Request Form through the Town. To start a request, contact 480-730-3080 and explain the address, material types and amount, where a trailer could sit, and the date you need to clear the property. Obtain the Town’s approval and loading instructions before moving contents outside.

If you need private removal instead, send PVJR photos and identify furniture, yard waste, appliances and renovation debris separately. Include any narrow gate, shared driveway or parked vehicle that affects loading. PVJR must confirm coverage for the address.[2]

Use the Tempe center for eligible Guadalupe household paint

Guadalupe households qualify for Tempe’s Household Products Collection Center at 1320 E. University Drive. It accepts residential latex paint, oil-based paint, stains and thinners. Bring a water bill or driver’s license with the Guadalupe address; commercial and industrial waste are excluded.

Use cardboard boxes, never trash bags, and carry materials in the trunk, rear hatch or truck bed. Remain in the vehicle for staff unloading. Call 480-858-2223 about unusual materials or containers before traveling. Keep this household disposal arrangement separate from any PVJR request; it does not establish PVJR paint transport or acceptance.[3][4][5]

What to include in your request

  • The complete address and item list, with belongings to keep clearly identified.
  • Where the items are and the route to the loading point.
  • Any access window, property deadline and authorized contact.

Photos are optional to start. We may ask for them or more detail to assess the job.

Items that need separate review

Connected appliances, heavy materials and unusual items need individual review. Removal does not include utility disconnection, demolition, repairs or property cleaning. Hazardous and biohazardous materials are not accepted.
